PUMP SET for SNG systems, gas enrichment, and gas dosing

Firma I-Maximum designs and manufactures pump sets (pump assemblies) intended for:

• LPG stations

• SNG systems

• Gas enrichment installations

• Gas dosing

• Supplying liquefied gas for industrial purposes and autonomous gas supply, as well as for the modernization of gas installations

• Also for supplying hot water to LPG vaporizers and in the modular container LPG vaporization station by I-Maximum

In our solutions, we rely on years of experience and use pumps and accessories from proven manufacturers, ensuring excellent performance and long service life. We use, for example, reliable dedicated pump units from Corken - type FD150 or DLD150 with electric motors of 4 kW or 5.5 kW. The FD150 and DLD150 series pumps are turbine pumps, which are a variant of centrifugal pumps. They are specifically designed for pumping LPG from both underground and above-ground tanks.
 
In our design process, we select the construction, pumps (including those from Corken), and fittings to ensure ease of servicing and prolonged lifespan of the pump assembly under variable operating conditions of the automatic gas blending installation.
 
We tailor solutions to meet customer needs and technical-system guidelines. The main components of the basic system include: pump unit, ball valve, check valve, bypass valve, hydrostatic valve, rubber compensators, filters, pressure gauges, etc. We mount accessories, fittings, pipelines, and return lines on the frame.
