Mobile Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) Blending System in a Container

Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) is produced by blending air with propane (LPG), resulting in a calorific value equivalent to methane (natural gas). The SNG mixture can be burned in burners as a direct alternative to natural gas, without the need for reconfiguration or replacement of the burners.
 
The mobile SNG blending system in a container (or LPG-air mixer) combines LPG and air at a specified flow rate and pressure (up to 12 bar) and a capacity (up to 8500 m³/h) in precise proportions. This process produces synthetic natural gas (SNG) at the system's output, with properties similar to natural gas.

I-Maximum is the first company in Poland to manufacture containerized SNG gas blenders (I-BlendMAX series).
 
Additionally, in collaboration with partners, we provide precise containerized installations capable of mixing up to four gases simultaneously (NG, hydrogen, natural gas, LPG, CO₂, biomethane, etc.), maintaining the calorific value of the gas fuel and the percentage composition of the gas in the mixture at a specified level.
