I-Maximum respects the privacy of users and complies with applicable regulations. Our Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and when we disclose it to others. 4. Purposes and activities related to processing your data by us:
Your personal data is processed based on Article 6(1) of the GDPR for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling a contract or order concluded between I-Maximum Sp. z o. o. and you;

The supervisory authority in the territory of the Republic of Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Upon receiving an objection, we will cease processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

The scope of processed personal data depends on the relationship you have with our company. For customers, we process data such as: first name(s), last name, contact details (phone number, email address, residential address, correspondence address), gas installation address, identification numbers, and other information obtained as a result of order fulfillment. In the case of contact through an electronic form or email, the scope of data may vary. We apply the principle of data minimization and process only the information that is necessary for the fulfillment of specific purposes.
