PUMP SET for SNG systems, gas enrichment, and gas dosing

Firma I-Maximum designs and manufactures pump sets (pump assemblies) intended for:
LPG stations
SNG systems
Gas enrichment installations
Gas dosing
Supplying liquefied gas for industrial purposes and autonomous gas supply, as well as for the modernization of gas installations
Also for supplying hot water to LPG vaporizers and in the modular container LPG vaporization station by I-Maximum
In our solutions, we rely on years of experience and use pumps and accessories from proven manufacturers, ensuring excellent performance and long service life. We use, for example, reliable dedicated pump units from Corken - type FD150 or DLD150 with electric motors of 4 kW or 5.5 kW. The FD150 and DLD150 series pumps are turbine pumps, which are a variant of centrifugal pumps. They are specifically designed for pumping LPG from both underground and above-ground tanks.
In our design process, we select the construction, pumps (including those from Corken), and fittings to ensure ease of servicing and prolonged lifespan of the pump assembly under variable operating conditions of the automatic gas blending installation.
We tailor solutions to meet customer needs and technical-system guidelines. The main components of the basic system include: pump unit, ball valve, check valve, bypass valve, hydrostatic valve, rubber compensators, filters, pressure gauges, etc. We mount accessories, fittings, pipelines, and return lines on the frame.

LPG Pump Skid
Reliable equipment in LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) equipment systems is crucial for the safe and efficient movement of liquefied petroleum gas through all stages of the supply chain. One of the most essential components in this chain is the LPG pump skid – a compact, integrated solution that comprises the main elements required for the transfer and pressurization of LPG.
Developed to leverage operations and ensure safety, these skids are employed across commercial, industrial, and fuel distribution applications. At I-Maximum, the LPG pump skid equipment has been engineered to comply with the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
What Is an LPG Pump Skid?
An LPG pump skid is a prefabricated modular unit that includes an LPG transfer pump, piping, valves, safety systems, and in many cases a control panel. All these components are mounted on a steel skid base. Such a preassembled configuration makes installation and implementation faster and easier when compared to building the system on-site from separate components.
These skids have been specifically designed for the transfer of LPG between tanks, cylinders, and transport vehicles. Depending on the configuration, the system may maintain both discharge and suction modes of performance, guaranteeing improved operation across different conditions and flow rates.
The compact size of the LPG pump skid makes it convenient for use in space-confined environments, such as LPG filling depots, cylinder filling plants, and industrial storage facilities.
Advantages of I-Maximum LPG Pump Skids
The pump skids provided by I-Maximum have been designed and built with operational safety and practical performance in mind. The numerous merits include the following:
High reliability for constant operation in a demanding environment.
Plug-and-play deployment which minimizes the on-site installation.
Compact and modular design for space-constricted locations.
Conformity to safety standards, including ATEX (ATmospheres EXplosibles) if required.
Corrosion-resistant materials to extend system durability.
These features make the I-Maximum pump skids a primary option for industrial and commercial applications that demand highly reliable LPG gas transfer pump systems.
Integrated Components and Design Benefits
The integration of essential components into a single compact system is the key to the effectiveness of an LPG pump skid. At the core of the setup is the LPG gas pump, which transfers the gas efficiently and safely. As a rule, it is driven by an electric motor, supported by control instrumentation and safety valves to supervise and protect the process.
All piping and materials in contact with LPG are built from LPG-compatible metals to prevent corrosion and leaks. The whole system is mounted on a solid steel frame, making it appropriate for outdoor and heavy-duty applications. In addition, skid-mounted options allow for convenient commissioning and easy maintenance.
Application Areas
LPG pump skids are very adaptable and serve a range of purposes in LPG infrastructure. They are suitable for:
Cylinder filling depots – providing precise and pressurized LPG flow to filling lines.
Bulk transfer – pumping LPG from storage vessels to road tankers or rail wagons.
Vehicle refueling depots – transferring LPG to autogas filling stations.
Industrial consumption – maintaining internal gas distribution in factories and power plants.
Remote and mobile systems – perfect for portable and offshore facilities due to the compact skid layout.
Key Considerations for Selection
Choosing the relevant LPG pump skid involves the evaluation of technical and environmental aspects that include flow rate, pressure range, ambient conditions, and deployment space. Moreover, it is important to determine whether the unit requires explosion-proof features and an automated control system. I-Maximum offers customizable solutions to meet these requirements and ensure all LPG pump installations perform efficiently under any conditions.
Bottom Line
Having a compact footprint, safety-focused engineering, and ready-to-use design, LPG pump skids are an indispensable tool for modern LPG operations. Whether you are operating a large-scale terminal or a local filling station, the I-Maximum LPG gas pump skid guarantees reliable, consistent, and safe LPG transfer.
