Propane vaporizer station to LPG gas supply

LPG Vaporizer station

Unique I-MAXGAS Propane vaporizer station in a container for industrial LPG gas supply. Evaporation of LPG gas is made thanks to safe condensing outdoor gas boilers & LPG water vaporizers

I-MAXGAS LPG vaporizer systems in a container can be made both without pressure regulators and with regulators, including backup regulators. Gas Vaporizor Skid are made with a backup regulator for the condensing gas boiler of the installation, as well as with a backup hot water supply pump, hot water pipelines are made of stainless steel.

LPG vaporization container station consists of reliable and energy-efficient gas boilers for outdoor installation at an operating temperature of up to -25 C. The modular vaporizer station for propane can be equipped with a gas pressure regulator group. LPG vaporizer station in a container has a control panel with temperature, pressure control, and gas leakage protection. Vaporizer LPG in a container is the best solution for industrial and agricultural companies with limited electricity supply. Containerized LPG vaporization stations most effective for gas burners with a capacity of 3,000 kW to 10,000 kW

FEATURES

  • Designed for operation in harsh conditions with ambient temperatures reaching -25°C.

  • Condensing gas boiler for external installation, providing circulation of heating water at temperatures up to 88°C

  • The vaporizer is equipped with an electromagnetic valve and a thermocouple for additional protection against the ingress of liquid-phase LPG.

  • The installation is equipped with a gas detection system with visual and audible alarms and emergency shut-off of LPG and the boiler.

  • As standard equipment, it includes an additional reserve pump and all hot water pipes made of stainless steel.

  • In the set, we install two gas pressure regulators for the boiler - one in operation and the other as a reserve in the gas box.

  • Additionally, there is the possibility of equipping the system with a reserve boiler and gas pressure regulator.
